What you will do - Responsible for ensuring the health and reliability of rotating and critical industrial equipment by performing vibration testing, diagnostics, and condition monitoring.
- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Reliability and Asset Management programs to enhance equipment performance, availability, and operational safety.
- Analyze equipment reliability, downtime trends, and repetitive failures to identify risks, determine root causes, and recommend sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
- Generate technical reports, communicate findings to stakeholders, and contribute to cross-functional reliability improvement initiatives across the site.
- Implement Condition Based Equipment Monitoring program
- Collect, monitor, and analyze vibration data using specialized diagnostic equipment, identifying mechanical faults such as misalignment, unbalance, looseness, or bearing defects.
- Perform detailed data analysis, technical report generation, and consultation using various assessment technologies.
What we are looking for - Experience in Reliability Engineering, Asset Management, Maintenance Engineering, or a related technical discipline within manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, or highly regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of reliability methodologies, including FMEA, RCFA, Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), and asset criticality assessments.
- Hands-on experience with vibration analysis and predictive maintenance technologies, including condition monitoring, ultrasound, and oil analysis techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to assess equipment health, analyze complex performance and failure data, and develop data-driven maintenance strategies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with SAP PM or other CMMS platforms is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to communicate technical findings effectively to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
