Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Release Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of application and infrastructure releases across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Release Management, ITIL Change Management, Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless, compliant, and high-quality software releases while driving continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end application and infrastructure release lifecycle.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and execute production releases across multiple environments.
• Lead release planning meetings, Go/No-Go decisions, and production deployment activities.
• Facilitate CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings and ensure compliance with ITIL Change Management processes.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, Operations, and Business teams to ensure successful release execution.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate release risks, dependencies, and production issues.
• Coordinate release readiness activities and validate deployment plans, rollback strategies, and release documentation.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Monitor release progress, track key release metrics, and prepare status reports for leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize release management processes and deployment efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance, security, and change management standards.
• Support post-release validation, incident management, and lessons learned activities.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in Release Management.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of ITIL Change Management processes and release governance.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications
