Job Summary
The Business Analyst (EHR) is responsible for managing EHR enhancement requests, gathering business requirements, translating them into user stories, and coordinating Agile delivery between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage EHR change request and enhancement intake.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Evaluate requests based on regulatory, patient safety, credentialing, and operational needs.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
• Prioritize requests with IT leadership based on business needs and team capacity.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
• Manage Azure DevOps boards and track work items through completion.
• Maintain business documentation, process flows, and standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Guide end users through the request process and provide regular status updates.
• Track project KPIs and communicate project status to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Experience supporting EHR applications and managing enhancement requests.
• 3+ years of Agile/Scrum experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing work intake, prioritization, and delivery.
• Experience writing user stories and managing work items in Azure DevOps.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting healthcare organizations or hospital systems.
• Experience working with Data Analytics teams.
• Scrum Master or Agile certification.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements.
