Position OverviewAs a Release Coordinator within PNC's Technology - Retail Release Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, or Dallas, TX.
Key responsibilities in this role will include, but are not limited to:
~ Support assigned teams or crews with change and release management activities, ensuring all system updates follow established governance processes, policies, and timelines.
~ Serve as a liaison between teams/crews and the change management function, representing the teams in meetings when needed.
~ Partner closely with designated teams/crews to provide ongoing support and coordination for change-related efforts.
Job Description- Coordinates technology releases and changes for multiple applications and various portfolio streams.
- Partners with various teams to build release schedule and project plan/milestones for an application and/or project.
- Ensures processes are following enterprise standards, guidelines and best practices. Creates and maintains deployment plan success guides within segments and projects ahead of release execution.
- Provides guidance to cross-functional teams during change management and release projects. Runs standard reports across lines of businesses, segments and applications.
- Executes change management processes appropriately. Documents release management process improvement opportunities and ensures proper escalation as needed.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $63,750.00 - $116,875.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
