What You'll Do:- Work directly with clients on IRC Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges and manage a portfolio of transactions
- Develop and maintain relationships with attorneys and centers of influence for business referrals.
- Process incoming and outgoing wires for 1031 transactions
- Coordinate with operations department to confirm transactions are applied appropriately in a timely manner.
- Provides clear verbal and written communications for interactions with clients, lawyers, and referral sources.
- Manage, prepare and review exchange documents
- Other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting
- 3-5 years working in title, escrow, or real estate are required
- Specific knowledge of IRC Section 1031 is preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability establishing client relationships and working within a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to proactively manage and prioritize workflow
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of products.

Compensation:The estimated annual salary range for this role is $71,000 - $92,000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
