Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in reinsurance or insurance operations
• Strong understanding of treaty and facultative reinsurance
• Proficient in business analysis methodologies and documentation
• Experience with requirements management and stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with testing validation processes and UAT execution
• Excellent communication skills for vendor coordination and team collaboration
• Ability to work across onsite and offshore teams effectively

Responsibilities

• Support daily reinsurance operations for treaty and facultative lines
• Act as a subject matter expert for ceded reinsurance processes
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for enhancements
• Prepare business requirement documents and technical flow mappings
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors for operational efficiency
• Participate in workshops to validate business requirements
• Create and review test scenarios aligned with reinsurance workflows
