POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a business-savvy and proactive Business Analyst to support the rollout and ongoing evolution of CORE. This role requires someone who can listen, challenge, and translate operational needs into actionable user stories that deliver value. You will work closely with business units, product owners, and development teams to ensure CORE meets real business priorities while driving harmonization and adoption.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Engage with stakeholders across product lines, regions, and functions to understand operational challenges and harmonization opportunities.
  • Translate business needs into clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria within an Agile framework ensuring a clear and concise handoff to the System Analyst to translate to detailed system requirements, functional designs, and configuration specifications.
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and business reviews to align priorities and clarify requirements.
  • Serve as the voice of the business within the CORE program, ensuring solutions deliver operational impact and measurable value.
  • Partner with product owner and implementation leaders to support deployment, UAT, and adoption activities.
  • Track, document, and follow through on requirements to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Act as a change champion, helping promote harmonized processes and CORE best practices across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of business-facing Business Analysis experience, ideally within enterprise platform transformation or operations-heavy environments.
  • Proven ability to communicate confidently and clearly with executives, managers, and frontline teams.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, user story creation, and backlog management.
  • Demonstrated success in challenging assumptions, clarifying needs, and aligning diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent follow-through, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and matrixed organization.

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation or harmonization initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps (or similar Agile delivery tools).
  • Knowledge of contract management, scheduling, resourcing, and time/expense platforms is a plus.
  • Business Analysis or Agile certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSM, etc.).
