You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity's dynamic working arrangement.

Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.

The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

What You Will Do

The Fund Treasurer's Office represents the interests of investors, overseeing financial and operational matters that affect the funds and their investors. The Regulatory Reporting Analyst is responsible for contributing to the oversight and review of the production of regulatory reporting including, but not limited to Fund Facts, Financial Statements, Management Report of Fund Performance and the Quarterly Summary of Investment Portfolio Prospectus. In addition, responsibilities include providing project and production support.

Provide Support of the Planning and Management of Continuous Disclosure Reporting and Filing (Fund Facts)

Measures:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of regulatory filings for all Fidelity products supports required regulatory deadlines
  • Assist in ensuring all participant interests are represented, appropriately managed, and participants understand their deliverables and timelines
  • Coordinate timelines between business partners, maintain business unit documentation and assist in resolving issues and associated risks
  • Participate in the oversight of FFDM (Fund Facts Data Management Tool) - Includes access, incident tickets and enhancements


Provide Support of the Planning, Monitoring and Review of Continuous Disclosure

Reporting and Filing (Financial Statements, Management Report of Fund Performance, and Quarterly Portfolio Disclosures)

Measures:
  • Assist in the preparation and review of fund continuous disclosure

documents including annual and semi-annual financial statements, annual

and semi-annual Management Report of Fund Performance (MRFP) and

Quarterly Portfolio Holding document.
  • Assist in the planning and monitoring of the end to end process for the continuous disclosure documents ensuring deliverables are met, risks identified & assessed, and issues are resolved.
  • Assist with scheduling, monitoring workflows and vendor communications
  • Assist with translation process monitoring and running automation tools


Project Support

Measures:
  • Participate in initiatives including but are not limited to, updates to regulatory reporting systems and processes, regulatory audits, surveys and requests, fund tax
  • initiatives and business planning. including but not limited to tracking of issues, logging meeting minutes and tracking action items


Provide Support for Other Members of the Fund Treasurer's Office in Fulfilling Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Measures:
  • In the absence of other members of the Fund Treasurer's Office, assist in ensuring all day to day functions have been performed accurately and efficiently.


What You Need
  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of work experience in document publishing, regulatory reporting and/or project management


The following are assets:
  • A university degree is an asset (or equivalent experience)
  • Focus in information systems and/or business
  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Scrum Master and/or PMP certification

Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: A competitive annual range of $79,000 to $96,000 based on your experience and qualifications.
