Regulatory Change Program Manager
Summary
The Regulatory Change Program Manager will lead enterprise deliveries encompassing financial and non financial risk regulations and provide continuity across various programs and projects necessary to manage effective regulatory change across a global organization and ensure that regulatory requirements are operationally embedded for continued compliance.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record leading complex change programs, particularly within compliance, risk, and regulatory environments. This individual will possess a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and demonstrate the ability to work effectively across diverse, cross functional teams while supporting governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement activities across the organization.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
• Lead the delivery and execution of enterprise regulatory change programs and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders across all lines of defense, business units, and operational teams to identify and implement solutions that address regulatory requirements and mitigate risk.
• Facilitate governance forums, working groups, and stakeholder meetings to support effective decision making and program execution.
• Manage program plans, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
• Develop and maintain reporting, metrics, and business intelligence solutions to provide transparency into program performance and progress.
• Translate regulatory and business requirements into actionable project plans and operational solutions.
• Partner with business, technology, data, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful delivery of regulatory initiatives.
• Drive adoption of program and change management best practices across supported initiatives.
• Proactively identify obstacles, manage escalations, and implement solutions to maintain delivery objectives.
• Communicate program status, risks, and key outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, and regulatory change management within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, governance, and risk management practices.
• Experience leading complex, cross functional initiatives and enterprise wide regulatory or transformation programs.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across a global organization.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience partnering with business, technology, and data teams to deliver strategic change initiatives.
• Knowledge of agile delivery methodologies and change management practices.
• Professional project management or change management certification is preferred.

Salary Range:
$114,700 - 194,900 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
