The Regulatory Compliance Senior Program Manages cross-functional initiatives that strengthen regulatory compliance through scalable, sustainable processes, while driving collaboration, process improvement, and measurable business results.

Where You'll Work

This role is remote and job seekers must reside in one of the following states PA, NJ, or DE to be considered. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement strategies that reduce regulatory risk, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable business outcomes.


  • Lead and manage program execution by setting objectives, defining road maps, guiding impacted teams, and ensuring timely completion of key activities.


  • Partner across business units and stakeholders to advise on program impact, resolve issues, and support successful execution of compliance initiatives.


  • Research new regulations, laws, and compliance standards to assess business impact and lead the implementation of required changes through systems, processes, and procedures.


  • Serve as a compliance subject matter expert by communicating with vendors and internal teams, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate compliance data and standards.


  • Support the QA team and suppliers by addressing onboarding inquiries, providing needed testing information, and being responsible for reporting obligations.


  • Monitor program effectiveness through benchmarking, metrics, process reviews, training validation, and continuous improvement efforts to keep compliance programs aligned with business needs.


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline, preferably related to product safety, quality, science, or regulatory compliance.


  • Minimum of 7 years' related professional experience


  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including experience with cosmetic products and OTC drugs, and the ability to apply those standards effectively to compliance-related decisions and business processes.


  • Product-focused technical experience, including working with partner and third-party laboratories, interpreting product testing reports, and identifying the appropriate testing requirements for products.


  • Maintain a strong understanding of the core regulatory bodies and requirements that govern the consumer products space, including the CPSC, FDA, EPA, FTC, and applicable state-level regulations


  • Understanding of ASTM testing, quality testing with product safety implications, and UL or NRTL certifications, including validating that products and components meet minimum safety standards.
