Regulatory Compliance ManagerPosition Overview:The Regulatory Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring Rivers Casino Pittsburgh's adherence to regulatory requirements, including Title 31, Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws, state regulations, and company policies. This role is critical in maintaining a high level of regulatory compliance across all departments and serves as a liaison with the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB).
Essential Job Functions:- Ensure compliance with Title 31, OFAC, AML, state regulations, and internal company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Title 31 compliance procedures.
- Train and develop team members to ensure they fully understand company operating procedures, internal controls, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Review and report Title 31 filings accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with operations management across all levels to support systems, reporting, and related needs.
- Assist in drafting and submitting revisions to the Internal Control System as directed by the Director of Compliance and General Manager.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
- Help plan, coordinate, and execute regulatory compliance activities to optimize support across departments with a focus on proactive measures to ensure compliance.
- Serve as the primary contact and liaison with the PGCB, handling requests, responses, investigations, and communications, especially in the absence of the Director of Compliance.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of auditing procedures and the ability to identify potential compliance issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present effectively to groups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to interpret complex documents such as internal controls and manuals.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures in written, verbal, or diagram form.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel and participate in training as required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with team members and guests
Certifications:- Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania G-2 License. Rivers Casino will assist in the application process and pays the fee associated with this license.
