Job DescriptionThe Regulated Entities Reporting Architect will build and establish a reporting framework across our regulated entities. This role will design and implement consistent, reliable reporting processes to meet regulatory and business needs.
They will partner closely with business, compliance, and technology teams to ensure data is accurate, well-controlled, and high quality, while playing a key role in designing and executing the overall reporting approach. The individual will act as a hands-on lead within the Cross Functional Operations and Reporting team, contributing directly to deliverables while driving work forward. They will align stakeholders, guide reporting priorities, and deliver scalable solutions with strong ownership and accountability.
The ideal candidate has experience in reporting, data governance, and regulatory environments, with the ability to turn complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions. They will help define standards, improve data quality, and drive the development of clear, timely insights to advance reporting capabilities.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically more than eight years of applicable experience
Preferred Skills/Experience- Considerable knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact their assigned line of business
- Considerable understanding of the business line's operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls
- Thorough knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies
- Strong analytical, process facilitation and project management skills
- Effective presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Effective relationship building and negotiation skills
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
- Applicable professional certifications
Location Expectations The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00
