Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs
- Accurately document patient care using electronic medical records (EMR)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans
- Provide basic life support and airway management as needed
- Educate patients and families on treatments and health management
Qualifications:- Current NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
