Qualifications

• BSN degree from an accredited school or enrollment in a BSN program is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience is preferred.
• Experience in an office or clinic setting is preferred.
• Current Vermont nursing license required.
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
• Additional certifications (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC, CPI) may be required based on operational needs.
• Proven proficiency in acute-care nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement patient care plans alongside a healthcare team.
• Adhere to established scope of practice guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of care and collaboration.
• Document nursing assessments and interventions accurately.
