For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering up to $10,000 Sign-on bonus for all eligible Registered Nurses with 0-2 years of experience and $20,000 for experienced Registered Nurses with greater than 2 years of experience!
o Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time RN position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.
o Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

Summary:

The Registered Nurse - Wound Care role is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting care in the treatment of patients with complex wounds, ostomies, or continence conditions.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing program required. Bachelor's Degree required (BA or BSN).
  2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current Wound and Ostomy Nurse Certification (CWON) required or must achieve within one year of start date. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. Positions in Home Care will require a valid Driver's license.
  3. Experience: One year of relevant experience preferred.


Additional Information

The pay range for this position is $37.09 to $50.17 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
