Registered Nurse - Naka Infusion Center

About the Role
Looking for a nursing role where compassion meets advanced treatment? Join the Naka Infusion Center, where you'll care for patients receiving life-changing therapies including chemotherapy, antibiotics, blood transfusions, immunizations, and more. As a Registered Nurse, you'll deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care while ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity every step of the way. What You'll Do
  • Provide safe, high-quality care to patients of all ages receiving infusion therapies.
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized nursing care plans for patients and families.
  • Monitor patients closely during infusions, responding to changes and ensuring safety.
  • Administer chemotherapy, IV medications, injections, and blood products with precision.
  • Educate patients and families about treatment plans, side effects, and self-care.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to meet care goals.
  • Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes clearly and accurately.
  • Mentor colleagues, support staff development, and participate in unit projects.

What You Bring
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Massachusetts RN license.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Medical-Surgical and infusion/chemotherapy experience preferred.
  • ONS Chemotherapy & Biotherapy certification highly preferred; OCN certification a plus.
