Resource Team (Float Pool).

What You'll DoResource Team RNs support outpatient clinical teams based on current staffing needs. Responsibilities may include:
- Provide nursing care and clinical support to patients in an outpatient setting
- Assess patient needs and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments
- Perform nursing procedures within your scope of practice and applicable protocols
- Collect specimens and perform laboratory testing according to established procedures
- Prepare examination and treatment rooms and maintain appropriate supplies and equipment
- Respond to urgent or unexpected clinical situations and obtain additional assistance when needed
- Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with providers and clinical staff across different specialties
Experience and SkillsRequired:- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado
- Ability to work at BMC locations as assigned
- Ability to travel between BMC locations as needed
- Ability to adapt to changing assignments and work effectively with different clinical teams
Preferred:- 1-2 years of nursing experience
- Experience in an outpatient clinic, medical office, or hospital setting
Locations- Primary location: BMC Broadway at 2750 Broadway St., Boulder, CO 80304. Resource Team RNs may be assigned to BMC locations in Boulder, Louisville, Longmont, or Erie, based on staffing and operational needs.
- Important: This position requires the ability to travel between BMC locations as assigned.
Compensation & Benefits- Starting hourly pay range: $36.04-$45.06/hour, depending on experience.
