Registered Nurse (RN) Rehabilitation
Job Type: FTE | Weekends
Pay Range: $32.00-$47.55 per hour

Centra Rehabilitation Hospital is a brand-new 50 bed inpatient rehabilitation facility now open!  As a Registered Nurse on our Inpatient Rehabilitation team, you'll play a vital role in helping patients regain independence, rebuild confidence, and achieve their highest level of function. 

Whether you're building on your medical-surgical experience or looking to grow your rehabilitation nursing career, this role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact every day in a brand-new facility!

 How you'll contribute 

  • Deliver safe, patient-centered care that supports rehabilitation and recovery goals.
  • Assess patient needs, implement appropriate interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families throughout their care journey and discharge planning.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and coordinate care plans.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and quality assessments.
  • Participate in team conferences and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Foster a safe, respectful environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to excellent patient outcomes.

 What we're looking for

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
  • Active Virginia RN license (single-state) or compact required. If relocating, licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins.
  • CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.
  • CRRN Preferred
