  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for effective patient management
  • Educate patients and families about post-operative care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the PACU
  • Document patient care and interventions accurately and timely
  • Support and mentor junior nursing staff as needed

Registered Nurse - RN - Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) - Nights

This is a full-time night shift (8:00PM - 8:00AM) rotating weekends and holidays. This position located at New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.

Preferred Criteria
  • Previous acute care RN experience in Critical Care, PACU or Progressive Care
  • Minimum of 3 years of Critical Care Experience
  • CCRN/CPAN certification preferred


Required Criteria
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • New York State Registered Nurse License
  • Minimum of one year of acute care RN experience in Critical Care
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications from the American Heart Association

Salary Range:

$118,134-$155,787/Annual
