Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered MA Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and patient safety protocols
• Current CPR certifications, including BLS
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including administering medications and monitoring vital signs
• Assist residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence
• Monitor and document residents' clinical status
• Collaborate with care teams to implement and update care plans
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulations
