Pay Range:

$37.71 - $56.57

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

The House Supervisor is a Registered Nurse responsible for overseeing hospital operations and nursing care during assigned shifts, including staffing coordination, patient flow, and bed placement. They serve as a resource and leader for nursing staff and other departments, providing guidance, education, and support to ensure quality patient care. Additionally, they manage hospital-wide situations, assist with data monitoring, and assume administrative responsibilities in the absence of leadership.

Education Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.

Experience Qualifications

  • 1 year Nursing experience is required.
  • Leadership experience is preferred.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required. Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required as per local affiliate guidelines.
