Pay Range: $34.04-$45.96 per hour

Centra Behavioral Health Hospital is a brand-new 72 bed behavioral health facility opening in 2026. We offer high-quality, compassionate care for a wide variety of patients in need. Our teams provide evidence-based, transformational care for a broad range of mental health concerns in a compassionate, comfortable environment.

How you'll contribute

As an RN, you'll help create a safe, supportive environment where patients receive compassionate behavioral health care. You will:
  • Assess patients, develop individualized care plans, and document care accurately.
  • Monitor changes in condition, respond quickly, and communicate with the care team.
  • Administer medications safely and follow hospital policies and nursing standards.
  • Provide compassionate, trauma-informed care with empathy, dignity, and respect.
  • Support shift leadership, team collaboration, and a therapeutic patient environment.
