Registered Nurse - Primary Careat
Pearl Harbor-Hickam near Honolulu, HI.Details:

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient care in collaboration with a wide array of healthcare professionals. Facilitate the achievement of optimal outcomes in relation to clinical care, quality and cost effectiveness.
- Perform physical exams and health histories
- Provide health promotions, counseling and education.
- Administer medications, wound care and numerous other personalized interventions.
- Accountable for making patients care assignments based on the scope of practice and skill level of assigned personnel.
- Make referral appointments and arrange specialty care as appropriate.
Requirements:
- BSN degree
- Active RN license
- 1 year of experience within the past 2 years as a Registered Nurse
- BLS through American Heart Association (AHA)
