How you'll make an impact in this role- Clinical Guidance: Serve as a primary resource for nursing staff on patient care standards, policies, and procedures.
- Care & Therapy Planning: Design, document, and oversee the implementation of comprehensive patient care and therapy programs.
- Resource & Staff Oversight: Direct nursing personnel, ensure proper care execution, and secure necessary medical equipment.
- Documentation & Compliance: Coordinate and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless continuity of care.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
