How you'll make an impact in this role• Perform scrub and circulating duties while maintaining sterile technique, patient safety, and accurate clinical documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Coordinate patient care with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the interdisciplinary team to support positive surgical outcomes and procedural efficiency.
• Assess and monitor patient condition throughout cardiovascular procedures, communicating critical updates to support timely clinical decision-making and quality patient care.
• Prepare cardiovascular operating rooms, surgical instruments, and specialized equipment to ensure procedural readiness, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- One or more of the following required:
- Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

- 5+ years OR RN experience
