  • Conduct hiring, training, and evaluation of staff.

Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday: 7:30am-4pm

How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Provide regulatory and accreditation requirements to and collaborate with ministry governance committees as needed.
  • Oversee record keeping and reporting processes on system platforms utilized to store records.
  • Provide leadership and direction for development and implementation of initiatives, policies and procedures.
  • Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.
  • Provide assistance to Workers Compensation function regarding accommodated duty, restricted duty, disability leave, return to work and associate safety.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse preferred. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed.


Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

  • Some travel to other AOH locations and Ascension Hospitals.
  • Office is closed for all Ascension recognized holidays.
  • 2 years of RN experience
  • 1 year of leadership or management experience
