Full Job Description
Regents Point in Irvine, CA, one of 20 HumanGood life plan communities annually recognized by U.S. News & World Report in their "Best Senior Living" awards is hiring a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for its Skilled Nursing team.

Under general supervision, the RN is responsible for the total nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating HumanGood's "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." The RN also ensures a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident's daily life rhythm; develops assignments in coordination with the care partners; and keeps each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction. Duties and assignments may be adjusted at the discretion of the Director of Nursing. Services or designee.

** Full-time ** $50 - $54/hr. (DOE) ** Must be available to work 3 - 11 PM and 11 PM - 7 AM, including weekends and holidays

What you need to be successful in this role:
  • Completion of Licensed Registered Nursing Program
  • Current RN license in California
  • Current CPR certification
  • Bachelor's of Science in Nursing preferred
  • Senior Care or Rehabilitation Experience preferred
  • Clinical observation and assessment skills
  • Proficient computer skills necessary to complete documentation, review electronic health records and communicate with team members.
