How you'll make an impact in this role- Lead clinical excellence by acting as the primary resource for nursing standards and evidence-based patient care.
- Create individualized care plans that provide a clear, actionable road-map for patient recovery and therapy.
- Oversee the delivery of therapy programs, ensuring all necessary equipment and resources are available for the patient.
- Support and mentor the nursing team through active supervision to foster a high-standard clinical environment.
- Ensure the integrity of patient care journeys by maintaining accurate documentation for safety and quality.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
What additional preferences we're seeking- Internal Cardiac Devices: Possesses direct, practical experience with internal cardiac device management and monitoring.
- Specialized Clinical Experience: Demonstrates a minimum of one year of experience within a dedicated electrophysiology or cardiology setting.
