About the Role:

The Divisional Vice President of Business Development provides enterprise-wide leadership and strategic oversight for all sales functions nationally, including Senior Directors, Market Directors, and their respective teams. This role is accountable for setting and executing a national sales vision that meets shareholder expectations and drives sustained revenue growth across all markets. The Divisional VP of BD serves as a senior organizational leader, cultivating a high-performing, remote sales culture grounded in integrity, accountability, and results.

This executive must possess deep expertise in behavioral health and healthcare sales, with the ability to translate market intelligence and performance analytics into scalable strategy. The Divisional VP will lead organizational change initiatives, shape talent acquisition and development at the leadership level, and serve as a cross-functional partner to executive peers.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
  • Established connections and relationships in the behavioral health field preferred

  • Proven executive leadership experience overseeing multi-site, multi-department sales organizations with full P&L accountability
  • Deep knowledge of behavioral health and healthcare sales methodologies, including selling across all levels of care
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale organizational change and change management initiatives
