Job Title:
Regional Vice President, Sales - West

Role Overview:
Reporting to the SVP, North American Sales, you will lead our Sales organization in the West. In this role, you will evaluate and execute our next-generation Majors sales strategy and organizational structure. Partnering with regional sales leaders, you will build a high-performing team focused on optimizing SaaS revenue across our Majors and Enterprise customer base while fostering a collaborative environment that accelerates career growth for your team.

About the Role
  • Strategy & Leadership: Partner with Field Sales and Business Unit leaders to define next-generation Commercial sales strategies, goals, and core metrics.
  • Team Development: Coach, mentor, and develop sales leaders and individual contributors to build a high-performing, inclusive culture focused on exceeding revenue targets.
  • Pipeline & Operations: Oversee weekly forecasting, pipeline health, and sales activity. Refine performance metrics, dashboards, and process improvements to drive long-term partner and customer relationships.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with Sales Operations and Product Marketing to create streamlined sales enablement materials that increase cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across all accounts.
  • Demand Generation: Work with Field Marketing and partner channels to design and execute targeted lead-generation campaigns.


About You
  • Sales Leadership Experience: 10+ years of sales leadership experience, including a track record of scaling teams of 25+ members and managing a revenue portfolio exceeding $30M.
  • SaaS Expertise: Proven experience in direct SaaS sales with Annual Contract Value (ACV) recognition.
  • Execution & Velocity: Strong background in high-velocity sales environments with demonstrated expertise in sales process optimization, metrics management, lead generation, and incentive design.
  • Operational Discipline: Experience developing structured coaching, mentorship, and career development programs for sales personnel.
  • PE / M&A Exposure: Prior experience operating within Private Equity ownership models or active M&A environments is highly preferred.


This position is paid (in part) on a commission basis. The Base Pay Range is $200,000 - $275,000. The On Target Earnings (OTE) Range (base pay plus on target commission) is $400,000 - $500,000. Actual base pay within the Base Pay Range and actual OTE within the OTE Range will depend on varying circumstances, including the work location, individual qualifications, company budget and other operational business needs. Compensation may also include long-term incentives, subject to various metrics and company policy.
