About this job...The Regional Vice President of Revenue Management is a people-first leader responsible for developing high-performing revenue management talent, building trust with owners & partners, and driving portfolio-level results. This role requires strong character, sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and the ability to lead with care, accountability, and professionalism. Technical revenue management expertise across multiple brands is strongly preferred.
What you'll be doing...- Directly manage a team of revenue managers, providing hands-on leadership and guidance.
- High level oversight of all revenue distribution systems (RMS, CRS & PMS)
- Oversight of pricing strategies for all segments/channels
- Serve as the voice of Revenue Management for Brand/Owner meetings
- Provides ongoing feedback on strategies, market trends & addresses areas of opportunity
- Guide the development of the annual budget, forecast, and optimal mix for your portfolio
- Proactively identifying industry, market & economic trends data
- Train and develop Revenue Managers
- Implement audits of system and processes to mitigate and resolve any revenue impacting issues
- Maintain confidentiality of information
- Effectively communicate with hotel teams
- Always maintain professionalism consistent with company expectations
Requirements...- 5+ years of hotel revenue management experience, preferably with world-wide brand
- 4-year degree in hotel administration, business, finance, or related field; or equivalent experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including electronic communication
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in primary language used in the workplace
- 8+ hours per day sitting at desk/computer
- Manual dexterity and repetitive motions required throughout workday
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time as needed or directed
