Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in multifamily property management, with at least five years in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple multifamily properties and geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong understanding of multifamily financial and operational metrics, including NOI, occupancy, revenue, expenses, collections, leasing, and resident retention.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, motivate, and retain high-performing teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Yardi experience a plus.
• Flexibility for travel required for out-of-state markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Regional Managers to achieve strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex financial statements and budgets.
• Oversee all aspects of property management, including financial performance and resident relations.
• Serve as a primary point of contact with third-party clients and vendors, leading regular client meetings about property performance.
• Assist with due diligence, underwriting, and strategic planning for potential acquisitions and dispositions of owned properties.
• Communicate and administer ownership directives and make recommendations to the owners and Executive Team.
