JOB TITLE: Regional Vice President - Full-Time

Leadership
  • Drive Strategic Vision: Translate company goals into regional plans that deliver consistent, profitable, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Champion Best Practices: Promote standard operating procedures, safety standards, and performance benchmarks across all branches.
  • Lead Through Change: Navigate shifting priorities, new systems, and organizational growth while keeping teams focused and engaged.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, Safety, Finance, and Fleet to support performance, compliance, and team development.

Presence
  • Be Seen in the Field: Maintain strong visibility across branches-engaging directly with managers, drivers, and support staff.
  • Represent Function: Advocate for regional needs while ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide initiatives and priorities.
  • Data-Driven Influence: Monitor KPIs and operational dashboards to track progress, identify gaps, and make informed decisions.

Execution
  • Performance Management: Set expectations, review results, and coach branch leaders to improve productivity, quality, and customer outcomes.
  • Policy & Compliance: Ensure branches adhere to DOT, OSHA, and internal company policies related to safety, maintenance, and conduct.
  • Cost Oversight: Manage P&Ls, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive margin growth without compromising service or safety.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Expand revenue by strengthening relationships with existing customers and enabling new customer acquisition through strategic business development.
  • Operational Efficiency: Optimize labor planning, route execution, resource allocation, and use of equipment to deliver high-value results.
  • Technology & Tools: Promote adoption of tech platforms that improve route visibility, driver communication, and job quality.

Minimum Job Requirements

Minimum job qualifications define the essential skills, experience, and abilities needed to succeed in the role. They set the baseline for hiring but may evolve as the job and business requirements change:
  • Education: High School or GED - Bachelors degree preferred
  • Experience: 13 years related job experience, 8 years managing teams
  • License: Drivers license - CDL preferred
  • Age: Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Compliance: Must maintain an acceptable driving record and successfully pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, background check, and drug screening in accordance with Company policy and applicable law.
