What You'll Do As the Regional Sales Manager, you will lead regional sales performance through direct oversight of Sales Managers and their teams, with full accountability for results. This role will play a critical leadership role in integrating a recently acquired business, aligning teams, processes, products, and customer strategies to accelerate growth and create a unified sales organization. The Regional Sales Manager sets the strategic direction for the region, oversees top-tier customer relationships, and drives sustainable growth across all customer segments. This leader will champion the expansion of our door business while leveraging expertise in millwork, moulding, and channel sales to maximize market opportunities. The Regional Sales Manager provides bold pricing leadership to protect margin and ensure competitiveness, while fostering a high-performance culture aligned with organizational goals.
As the RSM, we need your in-depth knowledge of the millwork and door industry, developing and coaching sales teams and strategic planning with our customers to:
- Drive regional sales and margin performance by leading multi-representative, multi-location sales teams.
- Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships, including leading strategic presentations, business reviews, and negotiations.
- Provide pricing leadership across the region to protect margin and ensure competitiveness.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies that align with broader corporate objectives and evolving market opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and develop Sales Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver customer-centric solutions that support profitability and operational excellence.
- Ensure disciplined use of sales processes and CRM tools, using data and reporting to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive actionable insights.
The Regional Sales Manager reports directly to the Sr. Regional Director. Must be based within the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic territory, with regional travel required across 13 states and Washington, D.C.

- Experience in the building materials, construction and/or millwork industry required.
- Technologically savvy in SAP, CRM tools like HubSpot and Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, PPT and Teams) to support efficient communication, reporting, and collaboration.
