About the role:We are looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to help us meet our net new customer acquisition targets by leading, coaching and motivating a team of high performing Sales Executives. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing a high performing sales team
What you'll do:- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- You'll manage a team of Sales Executives, and you'll ensure they flawlessly execute on their sales tasks which include:
- Responsibility for all aspects of the sales cycle, from outreach and follow-up with both incoming and self-generated leads internationally, through proposal to deal close
- Follow up on company-sourced and self-generated leads from multiple sources (website, partners, sales team, trade shows, marketing campaigns, etc.)
- Draft and follow up on proposals, overcome objections and close sales, while working to a quarterly personal sales target
- Maintain a strong pipeline to meet assigned sales quotas and metrics
- Holding yourself and team accountable to KPIs
- Successful previous experience in sales leadership, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
What we're looking for:Minimum Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business or finance discipline
- 7-10 years' experience in sales, with a track record in meeting sales targets
- Experience working for a B2B SaaS company
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Hubspot, and other common tools used within the Sales and Marketing function is strongly preferred
Preferred Requirements
- Experience working in the HR Tech space: EoR, HCM or Payroll
The annual gross base salary range for this position is $88,000 - $110,000 plus variable compensation.
