Regional Sales Manager to expand our presence across the East North Central region.

What You'll DoAs a Regional Sales Manager, you'll own and grow an established territory spanning
Ohio, Michigan, and Kentucky by building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing technical equipment sales.
Key Responsibilities- Grow revenue within an assigned territory by developing new business and expanding existing accounts
- Meet directly with customers, prospects, and manufacturers' representatives to understand application needs and recommend solutions
- Develop and present quotations, proposals, and sales strategies tailored to customer requirements
- Review technical and engineering specifications and coordinate responses with internal teams
- Maintain consistent follow-up on leads and customer inquiries
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Applications Engineering, and Marketing teams at Flexicon headquarters
- Travel extensively (up to 85%) to support customer engagement and territory growth
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) in engineering, business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in technical or industrial equipment field sales
- Experience with bulk processing or material handling equipment is a plus
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
