Responsibilities include: - Territory Responsibility: Ownership of assigned territory and of all customers' revenue, bookings and gross margin. Lead and motivate independent sales representatives (where applicable) setting clear targets, providing tools and training, and driving accountability for design-win orders and revenue performance.
- Sales: Sell the entire Atrenne value proposition. Maintain current customers and business while further penetrating each account. Engage all organizations within the customer, including but not limited to engineering, program management, purchasing and operations.
- Key/Strategic Account Management: Communicate customer requirements on existing business to the organization at all levels to increase our chance of success and customer satisfaction. Create partnership between Atrenne and customer.
- Forecast Ownership: Fully communicate major customer forecast to the business along with strategic information to assist closure of opportunities.
- New Business Development: Discover, Qualify and manage a New Business Opportunities (NBO) portfolio. Fully document each NBO in Salesforce along with key actions and support required for success. This activity should encompass all products and services under the Atrenne CS umbrella. Effectively capture and present qualified new opportunities business case to internal team for quoting.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from four-year college or university, technical degree preferred; with 5 - 7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
This position requires approximately 50-60% travel, which includes frequent local day trips within your home region, as well as overnight and multi-day travel to cover the entire assigned territory. The successful candidate must be willing and able to travel consistently to meet the demands of the role.
Position can be located anywhere in the US, but preferably in the West or Mid-Western regions close to a major airport.
The target base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000 (+ commission).

- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of Atrenne CS products to prospective customers and sell on value and differentiation.
- Capture customer requirements and thoroughly qualify opportunities to build business case to win.
- Drive new Design Wins to ensure long-term orders & revenue growth for Atrenne CS in the Military/Aerospace Defense, Commercial and Industrial markets.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills.
REPORTING Full and complete utilization of Salesforce CRM, requirements have been defined by senior management. All customers, contacts, NBO's and customer meetings are contained and maintained in Salesforce. Accurate forecasting.
LICENSES Since this position requires extensive travel, candidate must possess valid driver's license and passport.
