Regional Sales Manager
Location: Midwest
Responsibilities
Manage a specific geographic territory, including established accounts while prospecting for new business.
Develop and maintain plans for accounts that exceed expectations in revenue retention/growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction/loyalty.
Utilize CRM tools to record customer interactions and maintain customer opportunity information.
Perform client presentations, articulating the value proposition of product, solution, and service offerings from Monroe Truck Equipment. Provide management with suggestions for improving products, market share and price levels.
Qualifications
Up to 50% required travel within the designated territory and to Monroe location.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Mechanical aptitude is extremely beneficial.
