Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience in quality programs related to utility and energy infrastructure projects, including Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and substations.
• Knowledge of HSEQ programs, along with experience in conducting audits and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated leadership skills managing quality teams across various projects.
• QA/QC Certification in ISO or by the American Society for Quality preferred.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting purposes.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Willingness to travel and engage in long-term onsite project commitments.
