WPM Real Estate Management is seeking an experienced
Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of manufactured housing communities throughout Maryland and Virginia. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational performance, financial results, team development, resident satisfaction, and community compliance across multiple locations. The position reports to the President of Manufactured Housing and supervises Community Managers.
What You'll Do- Lead the daily operations and financial performance of assigned communities.
- Coach, mentor, and support Community Managers and site teams.
- Conduct regular property visits, inspections, and performance reviews.
- Manage budgets, occupancy, rent growth, collections, and resident relations.
- Partner with leadership on hiring, training, and employee development.
- Ensure company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements are met.
- Oversee vendor relationships, capital projects, and community improvements.
What We're Looking For- 10+ years of property management experience.
- 3+ years of Regional Manager or multi-site portfolio management experience.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and financial management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
- ARM, CAM, CPM, or other industry certifications are a plus.
