Regional Property Manager - Multifamily, you will take a hands-on leadership role overseeing portfolio operations, financial performance, budgeting, and team leadership across approximately 1,000 units while ensuring alignment with company standards, compliance, and strategic business goals.
To succeed, you should have: - Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Property Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of multifamily property management experience, including regional portfolio oversight, asset management, and team leadership.
- California Real Estate License, CPM (Certified Property Manager), RPA, or CSM strongly preferred.
- Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, NOI optimization, Yardi/Yardi Voyager, property management software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and deep knowledge of the Los Angeles multifamily market
- Ability to travel up to 60%.
Your responsibilities as a Regional Property Manager will include: - Oversee multifamily property operations to maximize occupancy, revenue growth, asset value, and Net Operating Income (NOI).
- Conduct routine site inspections and property audits to ensure compliance with property management standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and manage annual operating budgets, capital expenditures (CapEx), and financial reporting, ensuring strong profitability and cost control.
- Lead, coach, and develop property managers and onsite teams, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Manage vendor contracts, lease administration, capital improvement projects, and resident relations to enhance overall property performance and tenant satisfaction.
