Tasks
This is a highly visible role that offers broad exposure to operational, commercial, & strategic topics. You will work closely with stations, ground handling partners, regional teams & headquarters to drive performance, solve complex challenges, and implement sustainable improvements.
What You'll Do: - Drive operational performance/continuous improvement
- Enhance safety, security, service quality, compliance, reliability & operational efficiency
- Monitor operational performance indicators
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Lead performance reviews, operational assessments, audits & station visits
- Analyze trends, root causes & operational risks
- Develop sustainable corrective actions
- Act as focal point for operational projects, improvements/strategic initiatives
- Collaborate closely with colleagues at headquarters & across the global network to implement best practices & operational standards
- Manage supplier performance/foster strong partnerships with stakeholders
- Provide operational expertise during irregular operations, escalations & critical situations

- Bachelor's Degree/equivalent professional experience
- Experience in Air cargo, aviation, logistics, transportation/comparable operational environment
- Experience working with suppliers, service providers/operational partners
- Proven track record of driving operational improvements and solving complex problems
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Americas region
- Confidence to challenge constructively, drive accountability & hold yourself/others to high standards
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Stakeholder influencing and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication
- Strong project and change management skills
- Customer-focused mindset with strong business acumen
- Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
