Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in paper technology, engineering, automation, or similar fields.
• 3+ years of experience in technical sales, service, or product management.
• Prior experience in the pulp and paper industry is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
• Independent fieldwork capacity with Service Technicians.
• Customer-focused with a service-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated, adept at multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
• Proficiency in Office 365 tools; AutoCAD and SAP experience are beneficial.
• Multilingual capabilities, particularly in French, are advantageous.
