The Regional President, Title serves as the senior executive accountable for the operational, financial, and compliance performance of Lennar Title within an assigned geographic region. This leader drives P&L outcomes, ensures regulatory and underwriting integrity, strengthens builder and mortgage relationships, and develops a high-performing team of Branch and Market Managers to deliver a best-in-class title experience aligned with Lennar's homebuilding enterprise.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Performance & P&L Management- Own full profit and loss accountability for all title operations within the assigned region, including revenue forecasting, expense management, and margin optimization.
- Develop and execute annual operating plans aligned with corporate growth targets; monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to ensure performance objectives are achieved.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to increase title capture rates, fee revenue, and ancillary product penetration across builder communities.
- Partner with Finance to deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting; present results and variance analyses to the President, Title.
Builder & Homebuilder Relationship Management- Serve as the senior-level relationship owner for homebuilding, mortgage, and vendor leadership within the region.
- Establish and maintain strong operational partnerships across business entities that support seamless transaction coordination from contract to close.
- Act as an executive escalation point for builder and mortgage related service issues, collaborating cross-functionally to implement rapid, sustainable resolutions.
- Represent the title division in regional strategy meetings, homebuilder summits, and enterprise leadership forums.
Compliance, Underwriting & Risk Management- Ensure all title operations are conducted in full compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, RESPA/TILA requirements, and underwriter guidelines.
- Oversee risk management protocols including curative processes, title examination quality, and claims prevention strategies.
- Partner with legal, compliance, and underwriting teams to proactively identify exposure areas and implement corrective action plans.
- Maintain current licensure requirements across all operating markets within the region; lead audit readiness and examination preparation.
- Champion a culture of integrity and ethical conduct, ensuring that all team members uphold Lennar Title's compliance standards without exception.
Operational Excellence & Performance Improvement- Assess and continuously improve end-to-end title production workflows, closing processes, and customer experience touchpoints.
- Establish branch-level performance benchmarks and accountability structures; implement operational scorecards to drive consistent execution.
- Lead operational turnaround initiatives where performance gaps exist; develop and monitor corrective action plans in partnership with branch leadership.
- Leverage technology platforms, workflow automation, and data analytics to improve throughput, reduce cycle time, and enhance transparency.
Team Leadership & Talent Development- Provide direct leadership, coaching, and development to a team of Branch and/or Market Managers across the region.
- Build organizational bench strength through structured succession planning, talent calibration, and deliberate leadership pipeline development.
- Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement; model leadership behaviors consistent with Lennar's core values.
- Partner with Human Resources on workforce planning, performance management, compensation alignment, and organizational design.

QualificationsRequired- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in title operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (SVP, Regional President, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated P&L ownership experience within a title agency, captive title company, or national underwriter environment.
- Deep knowledge of title insurance underwriting, curative practices, escrow operations, and closing processes.
- Proven track record of improving operational performance metrics in a multi-branch or multi-market environment.
- Strong command of federal and state regulatory frameworks governing title insurance, including RESPA, TILA, and applicable state-specific statutes.
- Active title agent licensure or ability to obtain licensure in required states within a defined onboarding period.
- Experience managing direct reports across geographically dispersed locations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred- Experience operating within a captive or builder-affiliated title structure with direct builder partnership responsibilities.
- Familiarity with enterprise real estate transaction platforms and title production systems (e.g., RamQuest, SoftPro, ResWare).
- Advanced degree (MBA or JD) or professional designation (NTP, LTP) is a plus.
- Prior experience leading operational improvement or compliance remediation initiatives at a regional or national scale.
Work Environment & TravelThis position operates across multiple markets within an assigned geographic region. Regular travel to branch offices, builder communities, and corporate headquarters is required. The role may be based in a primary market office or remotely within the region, subject to business need and leadership discretion.
