Assigned Locations: Portland, Seattle and SpokaneResponsibilities:- Support regional leadership in meeting operational and financial goals.
- Monitor KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee warehouse leaders to maintain inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and timely deliveries.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to optimize inventory, vendor partnerships, and freight efficiency.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and recommend ERP/system enhancements.
- Train, coach, and develop teams to ensure consistent implementation of best practices.
Qualifications:- 5+ years of operations experience with supervisory responsibilities.
- Proven leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Valid driver's license; forklift certification a plus.
