Responsibilities- Lead regional operational strategies to ensure seamless healthcare management across all facilities.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations through regular audits and staff training initiatives.
- Manage regional budgets, resource allocation, and staffing plans to maximize operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Collaborate with Administrators to develop and implement policies that enhance resident care, staff engagement, and operational performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing performance metrics and implementing best practices across all locations.
- Support management teams in resolving complex operational issues promptly while maintaining open communication channels.
Qualifications- Proven experience in assisted living operations with a strong understanding of clinical operations.
- Demonstrated management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams and influence positive change at multiple sites.
- Knowledge of licensing regulations and experience ensuring compliance through audits and policy development.
- Strong strategic planning abilities coupled with excellent communication skills to articulate vision and motivate teams.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and improve operational outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
This position requires frequent traveling and is primarily on the road traveling from site to site.
