The Opportunity

Anytime Dental clinics are designed around accessibility and convenience, with extended hours, seven-day operations and same-day care that make it easier for patients to access the dentistry they need.

As a Regional Director, you'll lead and support a portfolio of clinics while working closely with Clinic Managers, Doctors and Support Office partners to strengthen teams, improve performance and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.

This isn't about managing clinics from a spreadsheet. It's about developing leaders who know their businesses, understand their teams and can turn opportunities into action.

What Great Looks Like

We're looking for someone who understands that strong regional performance starts with strong local leadership. You are a people leader first. You invest time in your Clinic Managers, coach them through challenges, build their confidence and hold them accountable for the results they own. You know when to step in, when to ask the right questions and when to empower your leaders to find the answer themselves.

You're equally comfortable with the business side of dental operations. You know how to:
  • Coach Clinic Managers to lead through KPIs and business results
  • Review financial and operational performance and understand what the numbers are telling you
  • Identify trends, gaps and opportunities across multiple clinics
  • Turn data into clear priorities and practical action plans
  • Drive performance across production, collections, scheduling, treatment acceptance, hygiene optimization, patient retention and profitability
  • Support clinics in achieving budgets, annual plans and growth objectives
  • Build succession plans and develop future leaders
  • Create accountability while maintaining strong, engaged team cultures
  • Build trusted partnerships with Doctors and clinical teams
  • Lead change and help teams successfully adopt new programs, processes and ways of working

You don't just ask whether a clinic hit its numbers. You want to understand why it did or didn't - and coach the leader to know where to look next.

What You Bring

Ideally, you have:
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience within the dental industry
  • Experience leading multiple clinics, locations or operational teams
  • A strong track record of coaching and developing leaders
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Experience leading through KPIs, budgets and operational reporting
  • The ability to identify business opportunities and translate them into action
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence partnering with Doctors, Clinic Managers and Support Office teams
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational support
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving and growth-focused environment
  • Flexibility to travel regularly throughout your region

Most importantly, you genuinely enjoy developing leaders. You understand that your success isn't measured by how many problems you solve yourself - it's measured by the strength of the leaders and teams you build around you.
