Position Summary

The Regional Manager oversees the operations, performance, and profitability of our Houston,TX portfolio of four apartment communities. This position provides leadership to on-site teams, drives financial performance, and ensures consistent operational excellence across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, coach, and lead on-site teams
  • Oversee budgets, financial performance, and revenue goals
  • Analyze property performance and reports to identify opportunities and drive results
  • Conduct regular property visits and inspections to ensure operational and policy compliance
  • Develop and support effective marketing, leasing, and rent optimization strategies
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations
  • Partner with corporate leadership and serve as a key liaison between the corporate office and on-site teams
  • Provide guidance and support to Property Managers and site teams to achieve company goals
