Position SummaryThe Regional Manager oversees the operations, performance, and profitability of our Dallas/Plano portfolio of four apartment communities. This position provides leadership to on-site teams, drives financial performance, and ensures consistent operational excellence across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, train, coach, and lead on-site teams
- Oversee budgets, financial performance, and revenue goals
- Analyze property performance and reports to identify opportunities and drive results
- Conduct regular property visits and inspections to ensure operational and policy compliance
- Develop and support effective marketing, leasing, and rent optimization strategies
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations
- Partner with corporate leadership and serve as a key liaison between the corporate office and on-site teams
- Provide guidance and support to Property Managers and site teams to achieve company goals
Qualifications- 5+ years of property management leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong leadership, financial, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Google Workspace is a plus
- Ability to travel between assigned properties as needed
