Regional Manager, Implementation (EOR/COR) Implementation • Remote • NAMER
Reports to: Director, Global Implementation (EOR/COR)
Team: 4-6 Implementation Managers and Senior Implementation Managers
What9s the opportunity? Our Implementation team owns the customer experience from the moment a deal is signed until the client is live and stable. Our EOR/COR function has grown quickly, and we are now building the regional management layer to match it - one manager per region, close enough to coach every Implementation Manager and clear enough to be the escalation path for every client.
You will own a region end to end: its people, its delivery numbers, its escalations, and its growth as we hire into it.
What you9ll do - Lead a regional pod of 4-6 Implementation Managers and Senior Implementation Managers across EOR and COR - weekly 1:1s, structured development plans, and early, direct conversations when performance slips.
- Recruit, onboard and ramp new Implementation Managers as your region scales. This is a build role, not a caretaker role.
- Own your pod9s delivery numbers: on-time go-lives, zero compliance errors carried into steady state, and complete handovers on both sides of the journey.
- Keep client assignment healthy. EOR assignment is automated in Salesforce, so your job is the quality of that routing - catching accounts that land with the wrong team, chasing anything that fails to assign, and rebalancing books before anyone is overloaded.
- Act as the second point of escalation for client and internal issues. Where an implementation is behind with no recovery plan, you co-own the plan, join the client calls, and keep leadership updated until it is resolved.
- Own the relationships with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Compliance and our entity and partner operations teams - covering entity setup, visas and mobility, insurance, and invoicing.
- Own your regional forecast and surface risk before it becomes a surprise.
- Partner with the Director to mature our processes, KPIs and documentation, and turn the patterns you see across the pod into better ways of working.
You9ll be successful if - You have 5+ years in client-facing implementation, onboarding or project delivery, ideally in EOR, global employment or HR SaaS - including time at a senior or team lead level.
- You have 2+ years managing distributed teams, or a strong track record as a Team Lead and are ready to step up. Internal candidates are encouraged to apply.
- You have real depth in EOR and COR delivery: entity setup, local labour law, employment contracts, visas and mobility, insurance, and invoicing.
- You are strong on capacity planning, forecasting and escalation management, and comfortable owning a regional number.
- You coach first - when something goes off track, you look for a coaching, clarity or support gap before assuming the problem is the person.
- You are visible and responsive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Bonus points for contractor engagement models, global mobility, multi-country onboarding programmes, or having built a team from a handful of people.
